The pin looks like a Juliana or Austrian.
Round, clear, unfoiled glass crystals are set OPEN backed.
There are five rows set domed/tier style.
The center & largest crystal is ~15 mm; the smallest ~7 mm x 32 total.
All the crystals are PRONG set.
The crystals are set into high polished, silver tone metal.
This substantial, dazzling PIN deserves a parade!
